Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
For bulk or custom orders, cancellation may be subject to approval and applicable charges.

Payment issues or transaction failure
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
Refunds are applicable only if:
